The decongested Eneas Peter Nanyemba Road will get speed humps, according to the City of Windhoek Municipality.
The Municipality shared an update last week indicating that it will construct a number of speed limits from the east of the B1 interchange to Omulunga Street. Construction started last week and is expected to be completed by 30 April 2026. As a result, temporary disruptions and restrictions are expected.
The installation will cover four streets: Omuvapu Street, Abraham Masego Street, Omugwindi Street, and Caesar Street.
Namibia Construction has been assigned as the contractor responsible for said upgrades.
