IUM's CIIP to provide professional training

The International University of Management (IUM) has launched the Centre for Institutional Improvement and Performance (CIIP).

According to a statement released by IUM, “The CIIP has been created to meet the growing demand for quality executive and professional training locally.”

The functions of the Centre are to deliver Executive Development Training Programmes and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to IUM staff.

It will also offer consultancy services in the improvement of organisational performance to both public and private organisations as well as Commercial Research Services to both public and private organisations.

CIIP will offer various Career Development programmes which include a Management Development, IT Service Management, Insurance, Real Estate and Sales Development, and Executive Administration.

CIIP will also offer workshops and short courses for professionals throughout the year, beginner language courses in English, French and German, and a 1 year bridging course to prepare pupils for the rigourous tertiary academic life.
