The International University of Management (IUM) offers accommodation to female students registered with tertiary institutions in Windhoek.

IUM’s female hostel, known as Shekinah Block, is located on the Dorado Park Campus and can cater for up to 173 female students.

Individuals interested in the accommodation must apply on time and show that they are able to pay the accommodation fees, which totals N$13000 annually.

The hostel also has a kitchen, laundry room, lounge/TV room, Wi-Fi, and DSTV.

In a press release, IUM outlined that students who wish to register for hostel accommodation should take note of the following:

a) Applications for admission to the hostel must be accompanied by a breakage fee of N$ 750.00.

b) Refund of N$ 600.00 to the student will be done at the end of the year while N$150.00 is a non-refundable fee towards the Housing Committee Contribution.

c) The breakage fee must be paid in cash and does not form part of the bursary or the actual hostel fee.

Application forms are available at IUM Dorado Park Main Campus ground floor reception. All students should provide proof of registration from their tertiary institution in order to register for accommodation
