The Bank of Namibia has granted a Certificate of Authorization to Banco Privado Atlantico Europa to establish a branch of foreign banking institution in Namibia.

Banco Privado Atlantico Namibia is now allowed to engage in banking activities in the country. The Bank of Namibia "congratulates the shareholders and management team of Banco Privado Atlantico Namibian and extends best wishes on their future endeavours in the banking sector."
