Two minors and an 18-year-old man have been charged with malicious damage to property and theft.
Moses Linyemo and his co-accused are said to have broken into Mushongo Livingi’s residence with the intent to steal from him.
They allegedy broke a door valued at N$300 and stole one Samsung TV valued at N$3500 with the intent to injure and steal from him.
They allegedly also stole a Nokia cellphone worth N$4000.
The two minors were sent for juvenile screening, and a social worker recommended that they be given a normal trial.
The trial, which has already been partially-heard, was postponed to 27 October of this year because some of the witnesses were not present.
