Woman accused of murder

Ellencia Games has been accused of murder read with the provisions of the Domestic Violence act of 2003.
The 25 year old woman allegedly stabbed Jolandi Jagger to death on 1 February 2015 after an altercation between the two in Katutura.
The suspect was released on bail of N$2500 and the case postponed to 28 August of this year.
Courts document revealed that the case was postponed because investigations have yet to be finalized. The prosecution is waiting on lab results before they can proceed.
Jagger requested that the court allow her to retain her employment as it is the only means for her to pay for her bail.
