Suspect charged for indecent exposure

Two suspects appeared before magistrate  Erich Eduard Kesslau on an array of charges last week, one of the including indecent exposure.
27 year old Gould Greave Conel was charged with one count of housebreaking with the intent to rob, one of attempted rape and another of indecent exposure.
His alleged accomplice, Taapopi Jonathan Ashipala (29) was only charged with one count of housebreaking with the intent to rob.
Details about what transpired on the day in question remain sketchy; however indecent exposure occurs when someone offends public policy by exposing private body parts that have a sexual connotation.
The trial was postponed to late last week (4 June) so a trial date could be fixed. The suspects were remanded to police custody until then.
