Duo charged for allegedly dealing in Mandrax

Jane and Elize Swartz appeared before Magistrate Jo-Rina Jagger last week for allegedly dealing in Mandrax tablets.
The Swartz due were apprehended on 18 July 2012 with the Quaaludes in their possesion in the Single Quarter’s area in Katutura.
The drugs had a street value of N$2400 at the time of their arrest. The case was postponed to 15 October 2015.
Magistrate Jagger postponed the case because the docket was not at court, and ordered a final remand of the duo’s case for plea and trial.
