44-year-old Nathaniel Kahenge has been charged with one count of negligently discharging a firearm, and an additional count of malicious damage to property.
His initial arrest report indicated that another count for handling a firearm whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor would be added at the discretion of the State.
The suspect missed two of his court appearances, one owing to him not knowing when he was supposed to appear, and the other due to the fact that he was being hospitalised.
Magistrate Erich Eduard Kesslou ordered one final remand until 24 July this year for plea and trial when he appeared here on 19 May.
