An arrest warrant was issued for Vicky Nangula this week and her bail of N$500 forfeited to the state until 26 May 2015.
The 21 year old was charged on one count of common assault and another of resisting a member of the police.
Nangula is accused of assaulting Miriam Ngolonga alongside the Otjomuise road on 28 November 2013.
She allegedly slapped Ngolonga on the face, and subsequently refused to be searched by the police when they arrived on the scene.
During her first court appearance, Nangula pleaded not guilty to both charges.
