Weathermen & Co - a subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group of Companies - has appointed Leon Crous as new Managing Director effective 1 November 2014.

Crous takes over the reins from Nicky Schermer who has successfully established the agency and stabilized the business.  Crous’ 10 year agency experience is expected to be a great cultural fit with Weathermen and the O&L Group of Companies.

Crous said : "I'm thrilled to be part of the Weathermen & Co team, and to be able to work with a talented group of individuals who are passionate about the industry. It's an exciting time as we'll look to build on the Agency's success story, under Nicky’s leadership, and continue to add value and deliver world-class work to our clients.”

Schermer also said : "Being a part of Weathermen & Co since its start – from very humble beginnings to now – has been an incredible journey. I know it's an agency set for success and is only going to continue to move onwards and upwards. As hard as it is to say goodbye I have no doubt that the safe hands of Leon Crous will keep guiding this wonderful group of people that make up Weathermen & Co to great new heights."
