His dedication to exempt his elderly passengers from paying taxi fare as well as driving responsibly on the road has earned Gottlieb Doëseb this week’s Kosmos Radio Top Taxi award. Doëseb walked away with a cash prize of N$3000 courtesy of Standard Bank Namibia and an emergency medical kit from Namibia Medical Care (NMC)
