Parents in Damara Location of Katutura identify reveler Isaack Boois as the man targeting and stalking teenage girls in the area.
Known to be a regular at bars around the area, Boois is said to wait for school going teenage in the river beds and try to assault them.
“He was confronted twice for trying to kiss two teenagers last month, and now there is talk about him hanging around the river bed with his alcohol waiting for them,” said one concerned parent who asked not to mentioned.
The parent said reports suggest that Boois has been followed girls and women into secluded spots before pouncing.
“My daughter has been walking alone to go to school but after the incident she feels nervous walking alone. I can’t even send her to the shops in the evening because of this man who is always sitting at street corners with alcohol bottles,
The father of one of the girls said whose shoulders he caressed last month, Julius Snewe, said Boois is a bomb waiting to explode.
“I think it is about time we do something about this man before it is too late. Something very bad is waiting to happen and one day one girl  will not be that lucky,” said Snewe.
He said one girl thought he was going to mug her and she dropped her school bag and ran off.
“She was very scared of him and what he tried to do left her feeling vulnerable and shocked. This man is disgusting and perverted, and we told members of City Police but they did not do anything,” said Snewe, adding that there are already plans to mob Boois should anything happen to the girls.
Speaking to V-Metro at a bar in the location, Boois said he is a peaceful man who can’t harm a fly.
“Rasta, I’m a very peaceful man and I haven’t got one corrupted born in my body. The women are probably just scared because I’m ugly, but I love peace and talking to people. I can never assault a woman, I smoke my weed and drink my alcohol. I live around crime but I’m not a participant, Rasta, “ said Boois, who is a Rastafarianism fanatic.
