Telecom explains internet glitches

Telecom Namibia is currently experiencing a technical glitch on the internet links to South African destinations which is causing intermitted slow internet speeds for customers, senior manager for corporate communications and public relations, Oiva Angula announced.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Our technical team has identified the issues and is working to fix the network glitch. The problem to some sites in South Africa has been resolved but some sites will only be resolved by next week Wednesday, 31 July 2013.”
He adds: “As we are working on having the technical glitch resolved, Telecom Namibia would like to thank all our valued customers for their patience and understanding.”
