A Shandumbala (Katutura) resident and an employee at the Ministry of Finance was released from police custody last week, after threatening to physically harm a woman in Greenwell Matongo on 24th of last month.
Petrina Shanyengange, 30, told Hilka Martin that she would beat her in her mother’s anus and that she is a b*tch being f*cked too much but does not fall pregnant (sic).
Martin opened a case of crimen injuria and assault by threat against Shanyengange who would then be arrested two days after the incident.
When she appeared in the Katutura Magistrate Court last week, Shanyengange applied for legal aid while her case of crimen injuria was postponed to 20th February next year for further investigations.
