A Katutura woman appeared in the Katutura Magistrate Court last week on charges of robbery.
Ndapandula Moses, 29, was arrested on 29th of last month in One Nation, Katutura, after a man claimed that he had been assaulted and robbed by Moses.
It is not clear what had transpired between the accused and the complainant on the said date but the court documents state that the latter had been fist hit and then slapped by Moses while in Omuvapu Street.
Moses then took off with the complainant’s Samsung cell phone. Upon her arrest, she was charged with robbery with aggravating circumstance. Although she was granted a N$500 bail, she is still in police custody. She conducted her own defence and still will at the end of the year.
