A Windhoek man who appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate Traffic Court on homicide charges was asked to return to court in 2012.

Ewald Mujoro, charged with culpable homicide and reckless negligent driving, is being held responsible for the death of two people in 2009.

The fatal accident happened at the intersection of Sam Nujoma and Tal Street in Windhoek over two years ago.

According to police records, Ewald’s alleged negligent driving caused two deaths.

Fillemon Nandombe and Desire Spiegel died when Ewald collided into their car on 26 May 2009.

Ewald was, however, released on warning and is still to answer to the case which was remanded to 6 February 2012.
