Deliver us from Facebook artists

by Chris-Paul

Mark Zuckerberg probably has major love for some of our Namibian artists, I believe.
They are the largest group of people who spend the longest amounts of time on Facebook, boasting about things they only dream about.
We have Carlos Lokos who simply updates pathetic and attention seeking posts. Then there is Bruno; some petty boy from Fresh Family who keeps updating his status about fans, life in the limelight, not to mention the fortune. I really must ask, “Which fans? Which limelight? And the fortune, really, now?
Fresh Family has been around for years and has zero albums. They perform once or twice a year, yet they talk of money? Then we have Andrew; a new signee by Yaziza.
“I was a no body, now I’m everything. Money all over,” reads one of his Facebook updates.
Such updates really make me laugh out loud (LOL). I mean, where do they get the nuts to talk about money they don’t have; fame they don’t have and girls they can’t even touch?
They simply have no lives beyond Facebook, I’d say.
