Fun and Spontaneous
When did you start your modelling career?
My modelling career kicked off with the Ace Modelling Agency two years ago.
What has been your most embarrassing moment in life?
(Giggles) My brain has a tendency of switching off sometimes. I then ended up directly translating words from Afrikaans to English and sentences most of the times do not make sense. I get so embarrassed.
Who is the one person you have met who has given you a different prospective on life?
Pacasper Bosman, my trainer and designer for Miss Universe really made an impact in my life that has given me a different outlook on life.
If you were the president of Namibia, what would you do for disabled and visually impaired people?
I am very passionate about them. I would get involved as much as possible to enhance their living standards and help them as far as my abilities can allow.
Which local model do you look up to?
As part of your social responsibilities which projects did you work on thus far?
Thus far, I have worked with the women from the house of fame. I am also a part of the Meals On Wheels campaign where we will give food to those in need.
Do you prefer cats or dogs?
Am a dog fan. I will definitely choose dogs over cats
What is your favourite meal?
Braaivleis and pap (meat and porridge)
Where would your holiday destination be and why?
I love islands so any island in the world will do for me.
What are your hobbies?
Apart from modelling, I am very a sports person. I love playing netball. I also do athletics.
What inspires you to keep working so hard?
Seeing the smile on people’s faces when I make an impact in their lives serves as a motivating factor for me. It makes me very happy to see them happy.
What do you think could be done to help better the modelling sector in Namibia?
More needs to be done especially for our models to reach the international level or be able to compete more frequently at international platforms.
If you were stuck on a boat with Steven Ludik, Paulina Malulu, Luis Munana and Steffi van Wyk and you had to eat two of them to survive, who would you plot with and who are the two people you would eat?
Since the guys are more muscled up which means they will be able to take care of me, I will therefore plot with Steven Ludik and Luis Munana and eat up Paulina Malulu and Steffi van Wyk
What qualities do you look for in a potential hubby material?
Trustworthy, honesty and he should definitely be taller than me.
What is your favourite colour?
What advice would you give to people with an interest in modelling?
The most important thing is to believe in your abilities and have self-confidence. Be yourself and not try to be someone else and believe that you are beautiful
