Jeremiah Tiboth, a resident of Erf 2298 City Street, is accused of stealing All Star shoes valued at N$390 from Likius Nalukaku. The incident is alleged to have taken place on the ninth of September 2016 near Wanaheda Holding Cell in the Windhoek district. The accused is expected to appear in court on the ninth of December 2016 due to further investigations. Tiboth remains in police custody.
