Frans Mahundu (42) has been charged with indecent assault and assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm court documents show. The incidents are alleged to have taken place on the eleventh of September 2016 near Katutura in the Windhoek district, where the accused is alleged to have touched the breasts and buttocks of Julian Utoni thus committing indecent assault. Mahundu then proceeded to punch Utoni on the moth resulting in further charges of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm court documents show. The accused will appear in court on the eleventh of January 2017 due to having applied for legal aid. He is currently out on bail for N$700.
