Tembwa Samunzala (24), a resident of Erf 242C Kabila in Windhoek, has been charged with indecent assault after he took pictures of a naked Rachel Nghishiko without her consent while she was taking a shower. The incident took place on the 27th of April 2016 near the Havana district of Windhoek. The accused will appear again in court on the 29th of September 2016 as he is undergoing mental observation. He remains in police custody.
