Man charged with robbery

Ronald Uirab (33) is facing jail time after he was alleged to have robbed David Makina of N$900 on the 26th of August 2016 near the Otjomuise area in the Windhoek district. Uirab is alleged to have forced Makina into submission by grabbing him on his hand from behind court documents show. The accused Uirab is expected back in court on the seventh of December 2016 due to further investigations. He remains in police custody.
In another unrelated case of robbery, Ruben Van Staden (18), a resident of 165 Gariseb Str Gobabis, and Richard Kisting (24), a resident of Erf 119 Istanbul Str Otjomuise are accused to have robbed robbed Listo Handumbo of N$800 on the 25th of August 2016 near Katutura in the Windhoek district. The two accused will appear in court on the eighth of December 2016 due to further investigations being carried out. They remain in police custody.
