Nafanael Heita (24), a Katutura resident, has been charged with defrauding Gahadza Togarepi of N$4 million in the month of May 2016 near the Katutura district of Windhoek. The accused Heita informed Togarepi that he was selling a plot at the above mentioned price, while he knew full well that he was not the owner of said plot. The accused remains in police custody and will appear again on the 24th of October 2016 due to further investigations.
