Emilia Eliaser (23), a resident of Ongwediva Beer house in Windhoek, has been charged with stealing clothing, the value of which has not been determined yet,  from Maria Ndeshaanya on the 22nd of April 2016 near Windhoek in the Windhoek district. Eliaser is currently on bail for N$500 and will appear again in court on the 15th of September 2016 for the fixing of trial date.
