A Katutura Resident, Jackson Mundjua (40), appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court on charges of theft last week.
Mundjua allegedly stole Prima luncheon roll cans worth, N$223 from Pick n Pay last year.
According to court documents he stole the luncheon roll cans on the 25th of October 2015 while at Pick n Pay Katutura in the Windhoek district that was in the lawfull custody of Simon Amalwa who was on duty that day. The accused will appear again in court on the 16th of September 2016 as the docket was not at court during his last appearance.He remains in police custody.
