Gregory Hochobeb (25), a resident of Efr 2938 Ben Appolus Street, is facing a charge of Crimen Injuria after he is alleged to have intentionally injured, insulted and impaired the dignity of Elfraide Hochobes by swearing her and using obscene language, not to mention accusing and calling the complainant a witch court documents show.
The incident is believed to have taken place on the 30th of July 2016 in the Damara location area of the Windhoek district. In a statement under oath the complainant goes on to not object to the accused being granted bail, but instead requests that he leave her house. The accused was given bail for N$ 700 and will appear in court on the 11th of November 2016 due to further investigations. He remains free on a warning by the courts.
