Elias Petrus (27), a resident of erf 3258 Oneilwa Street, is charged with attempting to steal a car belonging to Chaune Protancius in the Gemengde 10 residential area. Court documents show that the incident took place on the seven of July 2016. The accused is expected back in court on the 21 November 2016 to enable him to seek legal aid. He remains in custody.
