A resident of Erf Q48 Isack Shikongo Str in Babilon, Fredick Xoagub (20), stands accused of murdering Naftal Gariseb by stabbing him with a knife court documents show. The incident is alleged to have taken place on the 12th of September 2015 near Babilon in the Windhoek district. Xoagub is expected back in court on the 22nd of November 2016 as he is attaining legal aid. He is currently out on bail for N$3000 court documents show.
