Vaino Iikuti, an Omusati Region resident, has been charged with fraud to the value of N$ 136 492.40. Iikuti allegedly falsely, and with the intent to defraud, presented to Joe Bock and or Crown Build It a signed cheque of CJ Martin Construction of the Auspanplatz Branch of Standard Bank on the ninth of September 2016 near the Build It warehouse in the Windhoek district.
Court documents indicate that Iikuti’s acted as if the cheque was good and available and would be met on presentation thereof, thus defrauding Joe Bock and or Build It of the amount of N$ 136 492.40.  Iikuti remains in police custody and will appear again in court on the 19th of September 2016 due to further investigations.
