Theft of lotion and moolah lands man and women respectively in court

Vaino Daniel (22), an Okuryangava resident, has been charged with the theft of a backpack containing two shower creams and body lotion to the value of N$616.99, all in the legal possession of Ekandjo Alfeus. The incident took place on the 20th of April 2016 near the Katutura residential area of Windhoek. Daniel is expected back in court on the sixth of April 2016 for a plea and trial hearing.
He is currently on bail for N$1000.
In a similar but unrelated case of theft, Maria Shimaneni (28), a female resident of Erf 114 Omulunga Street in Hakahana, has been charged with stealing N$1000 from Nghikongwa Protasius on the 14th of October 2014 near Ongava Street in the Windhoek district. Shimaneni is expected back in court on the 30th of August 2016 as she is getting legal representation.
She is currently on bail for N$500.
