Stone thrower in jail

A man from Pioneerspark found himself behind bars after he went on a stone-throwing rampage earlier this month.
Frans Nariseb was arrested on 4th of this month after two people reported him for breaking their windscreens by throwing stones at their cars.
He was picked up by the police after charges of malicious damage to property were laid against him.
Court documents did not mention the 26-year old’s relationship with the complainants when he appeared in the Katutura Magistrate Court last week.
He is facing two counts of malicious damage to property but was granted bail when he made his first appearance last week Monday.
His case was remanded to 20 April this year while investigations continue.
