22-year old charged with driving vehicle without ownerÔÇÖs consent

Himumuine Uapinyene has been accused of driving or being in Charmaine Katjiukua’s car without her consent.
Katjiukua’s car, registration number N120902W, was driven by Uapinyene on the fourth of September in the Soweto area court documents show. The accused is on bail for N$300.00 and will appear again in court on the 18th of May 2016 for further investigation.
If sentenced Uapinyene faces a fine of N$ 20 000.00 or a prison sentence of five years, or both the fine and imprisonment.
