The police have issued a notice for the arrest of Dr Audrin Mathe for throwing away a summons issued in Otjiwarongo.
Mathe, who was driving a white Mercedes Benz, is said to have driven away after throwing the summons onto the ground.
The notice sent out reads: “All Commanders on the northern side, please note that this driver threw away the summons that was issued to him and drove off. Please arrest him and notify us accordingly so that we arrange to pick him up to face consequences. N7784W White Mercedes Benz. Dr Audrey Mathe. Working at Ministry of Sports and Culture.”
Dr Mathe’s phone went to voice mail when called while deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi said she had seen the notice but would have to confirm it.
