The AR Movement has warned SPYL secretary Ephraim Nekongo to take the issue of urban land as a serious matter.
Nekongo had earlier released a statement accusing the AR Movement leaders of starting the land grab in Windhoek.
In his statement, Nekongo also said that the Swapo Party had nothing to do with the Sunday land grab in Otjomuise in Windhoek.
He also said the Swapo does not practise childish politics.
In their response, the AR said they would like to advise Nekongo that the land and housing question is serious, and he must also take it seriously and must never be used for political gimmicks.
“The Activist-in-Chief (Windhoek mayor Job Amupanda) is working hard to ensure that Nekongo’s children have
a better future and do not face the same challenge,” the statement signed by AR spokesperson Simon Amunime said
