Former Rally for Democracy and Progress secretary-general Brunhilde Cornelius will run for local authority councillor on a Republican Party ticketThis comes a few days after Cornelius jumped ship from RDP for not addressing her allegations of corruption against former party member Nicanor Ndjoze.
Cornelius has accused RDP President Mike Kavekotora of supporting Ndjoze rather than addressing her concerns.
According to the City of Windhoek Councillor, she requested for a National Executive Committee meeting after both her and Ndjoze submitted reports for the investigation, Kavekotora responded “its election time and it’s impossible to have an NEC meeting”.
Cornelius said RDP pretends to fight corruption but fails to address the same allegations within.
