GRN has managed to deliver 84 newly proclaimed townships, allocated N$50 million to the Windhoek municipality while 1 456 ventilated pit latrines were constructed in the rural areas of //Kharas, Kavango East, Kavango West, Kunene, Khomas, Ohangwena, Omaheke, Omusati, Oshana, Oshikoto and Zambezi.

For the enhancement of operational and service delivery capacity of Regional Councils, Traditional Authorities and LAs, an allocation of N$960 679 000 will be made.
