Commence disciplinary hearing in earnest, Itula tells Shaningwa

Independent presidential candidate Dr Panduleni Itula told Swapo secretary-general Sophia Shaningwa that she must commence preparations for a disciplinary hearing in all earnest without fail.
Shaningwa wrote to Dr Itula on 20 Dec. notifying him about a disciplinary action arising from his decision to run as an independent presidential candidate in Nov 2019.
According to the letter, Dr Itula violated Article 10(2) of the Swapo Party Constitution.
Shaningwa said Dr Itula should show cause within 14 days why disciplinary action should not be taken against him.
On 24 Dec. Dr Itula responded [see letter below] saying that he had “understood and comprehended” the contents of the letter.
The letter was sent to Dr Itula via WhatsApp by the Swapo administrator France Kaudinge.
Below is Dr Itula’s response verbatim:

Dear Cde. Kaudinge ( SWAPO PARTY Administrator- SWAPO HQ – Windhoek)

Good morning to you on Xmas eve-day.

Thank you very much for the WhatsApp “delivery” of Cde. Secretary-General Sophia Shaningwa’s letter dated 20 December 2019, which is duly received and the content of which had been thoroughly read, understood and comprehended, including their impact and implication within the spheres, historical, current and future, notwithstanding its consequences of my membership of SWAPO, as envisaged by the Disciplinary Hearing as substantiated in the said letter.

Please, urgently, convey my Festive Seasonal Greetings to Cde. Shaningwa and in Particular Cde. HE. Dr Hage Geingob and the entire SWAPO PARTY Leadership, who might find this Festive Season especially mind-eroding under the circumstances.

I nevertheless wish them renewed energy, strength for 2020, The Year of General Mobilisation for Final Victory against Corruption and Corrupt Leadership in SWAPO, and sustenance of convictions.

I note the 14 days ((from 20th December 2019) response restriction for Disciplinary Hearing to commence, which I must encourage the Secretary-General to commence preparations in all earnest without fail.

Once again, many thanks indeed.

Namibia is All we Have; Namibia is not for sale!!

We must save it!!

Cde. Dr Panduleni Filemon Bango ITULA (Independent Presidential Candidate-2019)
