Man charged with rape

Ismael Veldskoendraer a 22 year old resident of Erf 2323 Wanaheda Digall Street has been charged with raping a young female in the Wanaheda area of the Windhoek distract. The incident took place on the 23rd of July 2014, court documents show that the accused is alleged to have threatened the victim with hitting her with a stone while he was engaged in the sexual activity of placing his penis into her vagina. The accused is currently out on bail while awaiting to hear the decision of the prosecutor general on the 29th of April 2016.
In another case of rape Manfred Nanuseb a 42 year old resident of Tekoa Street has been charged with 3 counts of rape. Count 1 and 2 is alleged to have taken place in October of 2013, with him scratching the victim with a knife and threatening to kill her court documents show. In the third count he is alleged to have raped the same victim in January of 2014. Nanuseb is currently out on N$5000, 00 bail and expected back in court on the 9th of June to hear the prosecutor general’s decision.
