Former Rally for Democracy and Progress President Hidipo Hamutenya who had a follow out with the ruling party is expected to announce his return to the revolutionary party this morning.


Hamutenya is one of the Swapo stewards and has tried unsuccessfully to topple power from Swapo from the opposition side-lines.


Swapo will be issuing out a statement in the next 30 minutes at their head office
