The Katutura Magistrate Court had to entertain an additional suspect to the case involving the theft of two solar panels from a farm near Windhoek.

The case originally involved Freddy Kamberipa who was arrested on 7 July 2011 and charged with the theft of two solar panels worth N$30 000 from farm Ekuja 162 near Windhoek.

On 27 July 2011, Daniel Paulus was added as the second suspect to the case.

Kamberipa is also facing other charges and because he was difficult to apprehend, the State denied him bail. They are both detained at the Hosea Kutako Police cells, and awaiting the case was postponed while the police carry out further investigations.
