BDO to launch 50 for 50 Charities

To celebrate their 50th anniversary, BDO Namibia will launch BDO 50 for 50, a globally-run social responsibility campaign.

BDO 50 for 50 gives firms across the network the chance to join others worldwide to make a difference in their 50th year.

The campaign is designed to celebrate and share

all that is great about their culture and their heritage by helping local charities and social enterprises

to make a difference.

During the month of June they will be selling raffle tickets, the proceeds of which will be donated to 50 charities or charitable organisations in Namibia.

They plan is to raise at least N$500 000 for the charities. On the 28th of June 2014, they will have a spit braai of 50 sheep at the WAP Sports Fields at Wanderers, Windhoek, and all their clients, sponsors, business partners and friends are invited to come and enjoy the day with them.

On the same day, the draw will take place at 17h00 at

WAP Sports Fields at Wanderers.  The Raffle has 50 prizes to be won including N$ 50 000.

Tickets are going for N$50 and they are available for any BDO office.
