There has been an accident at KFC in Windhoek's CBD branch, involving a taxi and a BMW.
One of the taxi's passengers has been seriously injured. The taxi driver (hand-cuffed) does not have a driver's license and has told traffic police he "left it somewhere".
Both drivers have been proven not to be under the influence of alcohol.
