multiChoice Namibia turned on the power on Saturday as one of its brands, GOtv turned 2 at the UN Plaza in Katutura, Windhoek.
Scores of customers, football fans and media practitioners gathered to watch the live screening of the South African Premier Soccer League giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, through outdoor screening. “We managed to showcase the MutiChoice Namibia Brands (DSTV, DSTV Mobile and GOtv) through product education, information and entertainment and it was fun,” said Manga Nawa-Mukena, the company’s marketing manager. Performances by Gaza, Sally, Equipped Dance Academy, Dixon, Twaziz, Ongoro nomundu, Big Ben, Mutjangatjike and DJ Desert Storm summed up the event-filled afternoon which had Water Dunk and Spin the Wheel activities where winners walked away with numerous GOtv decoders and other give-aways.
