The South African trumpeter, flugelhornist, cornetist, composer and singer, Hugh Ramopolo Masekela, will be in Namibia at the end of this month to perform at the Namibia Entrepreneurial Development Week.
The ‘Home is where the music is’ star who is the only artist invited to this prestigious event, where the Prime Minister will give a key note address, was identified by the organising committee of the Namibian Entrepreneurial Development Week as the kind of artist who would be able to give the distinct character to the event as per the organisers’ aim.
Tickets for the event that will take place at the Safari Hotel and Conference Centre will cost N$2000.
The event will be tackling issues concerning entrepreneurship in transition economies, free market ideologies, business planning and strategic formulations.
He will exclusively be here for the event and his fans should not expect any surprise performances or stage appearances if they do not attend the event on 31st of this month and 1st of next month.
