Grade 10/12 higher level results to be released next week
The ministry of education will release its higher level Grade 10 and 12 results next week, it announced today.
This is because the ministry has made good progress on marking and processing the results for both full time and part time candidates.
The results will be available from the 20th of December.
This year, 56 112 candidates comprising of 44 890 full-time and 11 222 part-time candidates were registered for JSC examination at 731 Junior Secondary Schools and 143 pat time tuition centers.
The number of Grade 10 full-time and part-time candidates increased by 2 784 (5.2%) compared to 2017 candidates.
“This year, 17 968 candidates comprising of full-time and 1 063 part-time candidates were registered for NSCC higher level subject. The number of candidates increased by 1 672 (10.3%) compared to 2017,” the ministry said.
The results of Grade 12 ordinary level results will be released in January 2019 and all the results will be available on the website of the Directorate National Examinations and Assessment at www.dnea.gov.na the ministry of education website, www.moe.gov.na and will also be accessible via and SMS services.
Both the website and the SMS services will become active on Thursday 20 December at 00:15, the ministry said.
“All candidates who were registered for the 2018 national examinations are reminded to have their candidate numbers nearby in order to be able to access their results. Regional offices will provide a service during office hours by supplying the results from the broadsheets to candidates and relatives who personally visit the offices,” the ministry said.
