The Oshakati High Court today granted an application that has requested King Immanuel Kauluma Elifas to testify in a court case involving a group of former senior traditional leaders who were dismissed.

Instructions of the application are that the matter be set down for hearing within 14 days.

The case is set to return to court on 3 September this year for the second hearing.

In the case, the dismissed leaders have requested for King Kauluma to confirm before the court that it was indeed him that issued their dismissal.
