Judge makes ruling on the plundered SSC N$30million

Today the ruling on the plundered Social Security Commission N$30million was made resulting in a guilty ruling for Nico Josea for theft, while Paulus Kapia, Inez /Gases and Ralph Blaauw were found guilty of fraud.

Sharon Blaauw was found guilty of reckless conduct of business while Mathias Shiweda and Otniel Podewiltz were acquitted of reckless fraudulent conduct of business.
