Song Night to bring down the stars this May

by Kelvin Chiringa

Prolific music-goddess, Liz Ehlers’ flagship and crowd-pulling Song Night has been slated for the 9th of May and she has promised to deliver a memorable night of deep acoustics at Imagine Games Cafe.

The audience can look forward to soulful songs that truly reach into the heart and the mind, she said.

The event will be graced by Song Night 2018 Ambassador Chris B as well as Senga, Mhudi, Radostina, Randy, Claire, Galilei, Odette, Alvarita & Teresa, Sophia, Nini, Serginio, Vega & Chrsele, Ehlers told Vibe ahead of the event.

Said Ehlers, “With no headliner for the May 9th Soul Concert, Song Night instead boasts with a jam packed program of no less than 15 singers to take the stage for the May Soul Concert.”

"Due to the Song Night band playing at the Namas in Swakopmund this past weekend, Song Night had to shift its end April concert to the second Wednesday in May. We hope you understand our decision, as Song Night has NEVER MISSED A SHOW since its inception in April 2011,” she told revelers.

Doors will be open at 19:00 for 20:00 with delicious food and drinks available for purchase, she also said, while tickets are going for N$80 at the door for the public.

Revelers for the night have been especially advised to “Dress to impress”.

Song Night is proudly supported by RMB through FNB Foundation Holding Trust, 99FM, HEC, Imagine Games Cafe & Fantastic Sam.
