Two men caught stealing copper wires in Swakop

Marshall Rangers in Swakopmund caught two men red-handed while stealing copper wire behind DRC. The two men who used a bicycle as a means of transport had already cut and rolled the wire when the Marshalls showed up at the scene. They have handed the suspects over to the Namibian Police. Copper theft causes service disruptions in residential areas, is costly to repair and can result in injury or death.
